Partner Program Terms

The Partner Program terms have not been published yet. Package purchases are closed until they are, and the purchase screen will not accept an acceptance it cannot name a version for.

When they are published, this page will carry the full document and a version identifier. The version you accept at the moment of purchase is recorded with that purchase, so what you agreed to stays fixed even after the terms are revised.

In the meantime, the Terms of Service, the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy govern your use of Midas generally. They are not a substitute for the Partner Program terms and do not describe the programme.
