How to Redeem Vouchers and Cashback
Use promotional vouchers and earn cashback on your trading activity through the Midas rewards program.
View Your Vouchers
Navigate to Rewards > Vouchers to see all your available vouchers. Each voucher shows its type (trading fee discount, bonus crypto, etc.), value, applicable conditions, and expiration date.
Redeem a Voucher
Tap a voucher and then 'Redeem' to activate it. Trading fee vouchers are applied automatically to your next qualifying trades. Bonus crypto vouchers credit your wallet immediately. Some vouchers have minimum trade requirements.
Check Cashback Earnings
Navigate to Rewards > Cashback to view your cashback summary. Cashback is earned automatically on qualifying trades as a percentage of trading fees paid. The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier and any active promotions.
View History
Go to Vouchers > History to see all redeemed vouchers and cashback payments. This provides a complete record of all rewards earned and used.
