Open the RWA section and select Commodities or Real Estate. Commodities include tokenized gold, silver, oil, and agricultural products. Real Estate includes tokenized commercial and residential properties.
Understand Commodity Tokens
Tokenized commodities are backed by physical reserves held by regulated custodians. For example, a gold token represents a specific amount of physical gold in a vault. Proof of reserves and independent audits verify the backing. Prices track the spot commodity markets.
Understand Real Estate Tokens
Tokenized real estate represents fractional ownership in property. Token holders receive proportional rental income and participate in property value appreciation. Each property listing shows location, valuation, rental yield, occupancy rate, and management details.
Make an Investment
Choose a commodity or property, enter the investment amount, and confirm. For commodities, tokens are tradeable 24/7 with instant settlement. For real estate, rental income is distributed on-chain at regular intervals. Both can be sold on the secondary market for liquidity.
