How to Manage Email and SMS Notification Settings
Customize which email and SMS notifications you receive from Midas for security, trading, and marketing communications.
Access Email Preferences
Navigate to Profile > Notification Preferences > Email. This section controls all email communications from Midas. Each category can be toggled independently.
Essential Security Emails
Security-related emails (login confirmations, withdrawal verifications, 2FA changes) are critical and always sent regardless of preferences. These cannot be disabled as they are fundamental to account security.
Configure Trading Emails
Choose whether to receive email summaries of your trading activity: daily trade reports, weekly portfolio summaries, margin and liquidation warnings, and deposit/withdrawal confirmations.
Control Marketing Communications
Toggle marketing emails covering promotions, new features, educational content, and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting security or transactional communications.
