How to Track Competition Leaderboards and Prizes
Monitor your ranking, compare with other participants, and view prize distribution details during competitions.
The leaderboard updates on its own cadence rather than per trade, so a rank that has not moved since your last fill usually reflects the refresh interval rather than the trade. Prizes are distributed after the period closes and results are verified, and verification is the slow part: disqualification checks for wash trading and duplicate accounts run against the whole field before anything is paid. Expect days between the close and the credit, and read the rules for whether your prize needs an explicit claim, because the ones that do have a window and the window does not extend.
Before you start
- Registration in a running or recently closed competition.
Open the Competition Leaderboard
From an active competition page, tap 'Leaderboard' to see real-time rankings. The leaderboard shows each participant's rank, performance metric (P&L percentage, volume, etc.), and prize eligibility status.
Find Your Position
Your rank is highlighted on the leaderboard. If there are many participants, use the search or 'Find Me' button to jump to your position. Track how your rank changes as you trade and as the competition progresses.
View Prize Details
Tap 'Prizes' to see the complete prize distribution table. Prizes are typically structured in tiers: top 3 positions receive the largest rewards, with smaller prizes for the top 10, top 50, and sometimes all participants who meet a minimum activity threshold.
Collect Your Prize
After the competition ends and final results are verified, prizes are distributed automatically to your Spot wallet. The verification period typically takes 24-48 hours to ensure no rule violations. You will receive a notification when prizes are credited.
If something goes wrong
- Your rank has not moved after a good trade.
- The board refreshes periodically. Check the last-updated timestamp before assuming the trade did not count.
- The prize has not arrived.
- Distribution follows verification, on the schedule in the rules. Some prizes require a claim inside a window, and an unclaimed prize expires rather than being credited automatically.
- Your final rank is lower than the one you saw at the close.
- The live board is provisional. Late-settling trades and disqualifications are applied during verification, and both can reorder the table after the period ends.

- The rules define the tiebreak, usually the earlier timestamp on reaching the figure.
- Where do prizes arrive?

- Can I see other participants' trades?
- No. The board shows ranking and the competition metric, not anyone's positions — yours included.
- Are prizes taxable?
- That depends on where you are resident, and it is not something an exchange can answer for you. The rewards history export is what an accountant will ask for.
