How to Complete KYC Identity Verification
Verify your identity on Midas to unlock full trading limits, withdrawals, and premium features through our Didit-powered verification.
Navigate to Verification Settings
Open the Midas app or web platform and go to Profile > Verification, or tap the verification banner displayed on your dashboard. You will see your current verification level and what each level unlocks.
Select Your Verification Level
Midas offers tiered verification. Basic verification requires your name, date of birth, and country of residence. Advanced verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Each tier unlocks progressively higher withdrawal limits and feature access.
Prepare Your Documents
Have a valid government-issued ID ready: passport, national ID card, or driver's license. Ensure the document is not expired. You will also need a device with a camera for the selfie step. Good lighting and a plain background will help the automated checks succeed on the first attempt.
Complete the Didit Verification Flow
Follow the on-screen prompts powered by Didit, our third-party identity verification provider. Upload clear photos of the front and back of your ID, then take a live selfie. The system performs liveness detection to confirm you are a real person.
Wait for Approval
Most verifications are processed within minutes by automated systems. In rare cases where manual review is needed, the process may take up to 24 hours. You will receive a push notification and email when your verification status updates.
Access Unlocked Features
Once verified, your daily withdrawal limits increase significantly, and you gain access to P2P trading, fiat on-ramp services, and higher-tier earn products. Your verification badge will be visible on your profile.
