Check Eligibility Requirements
Navigate to P2P Trading > Merchant Program > Check Eligibility. Requirements typically include: completed advanced KYC, minimum number of completed P2P trades, high completion rate (usually 95%+), low dispute rate, and a minimum account age.
Submit Your Application
If eligible, tap 'Apply for Merchant Status'. Fill in the application form with details about your trading volume, business information (if applicable), and additional verification documents. Describe your experience and capacity for high-volume P2P trading.
Await Review
The merchant application is reviewed by the Midas compliance team. This process may take several business days. You will receive updates via email and in-app notifications. Additional documentation may be requested during the review.
Access Merchant Benefits
Once approved, you receive: a verified merchant badge visible on your profile and ads, higher daily trading limits, lower P2P fees, priority in ad rankings, access to the merchant dashboard with advanced analytics, and dedicated merchant support.
Maintain Merchant Status
Merchant status requires ongoing performance standards. Monitor your metrics on the Merchant Dashboard: completion rate, average release time, dispute rate, and monthly volume. Falling below requirements may result in a warning or removal of merchant privileges.
