How to Buy Crypto on Midas P2P
Purchase cryptocurrency directly from other users using your preferred payment method through the Midas peer-to-peer marketplace.
Open the P2P Marketplace
Navigate to Products > P2P Trading from the main menu. The P2P home screen shows available buy and sell ads from other users. You can filter by asset (e.g., BTC, USDT), fiat currency (e.g., USD, EUR), and payment method.
Find a Suitable Ad
Browse the list of sell ads from verified traders. Each ad shows the price per unit, available quantity, accepted payment methods, and the trader's completion rate and reputation score. Look for traders with high completion rates and positive feedback.
Create an Order
Tap an ad to open the order creation screen. Enter the amount of crypto you want to buy or the fiat amount you want to spend. Review the seller's terms and conditions, including minimum/maximum order limits and any specific instructions.
Make Payment
After placing the order, the seller's crypto is locked in escrow. Complete the payment using the specified method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) within the time limit. Follow the seller's payment instructions exactly. Once paid, tap 'Mark as Paid' to notify the seller.
Receive Your Crypto
The seller verifies your payment and releases the crypto from escrow. You will receive the crypto directly in your Spot wallet. If the seller does not release within the allowed time, you can open a dispute and the Midas support team will mediate. Always provide proof of payment when requested.
